Ingredients
1 package brownie mix 13x9 size
1 8-ounce package cream cheese softened
1 3-ounce package cream cheese softened
2 cups confectioner sugar
1 16-ounce container cool whip thawed
2 cups milk cold
1 3.9 ounce package chocolate instant pudding & pie filling mix
1/2 cup walnuts
Directions
Bake brownies according to package directions, using greased 13x9 inch pan. Cool. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar for 2 minutes. Fold in 2 cups of Cool Whip; spread over brownies. In second bowl, combine milk and pudding mix; beat until smooth. Refrigerate 5 minutes, then spread over cream cheese layer. Cover with remaining Cool Whip; sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate.
