1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
ADD:
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup oils
Directions
Do not overbeat. Pour into greased 8X8X2-inch baking pan. Bake at 425 for 15 min.
(Corn muffins: bake at 400 for 10 min.)
