Tuna Macaroni Casserole

Ingredients

    3 tablespoons butter                                           
    1 tablespoon flour                                             
    1 onion                                                        
    3 cups milk                                                    
    2 6-ounce cans tuna                                            
    1 can cream of mushroom soup                                   
    3 cups cooked macaroni                                         
    1 stick sharp cheddar cheese                                   
    Peas                                                           
    Cracker crumbled on top 

Directions

Melt butter with onions and stir in flour.  Slowly add milk.  Cook until boils and thickens.  Add tuna and mushroom soup.  When hot add sliced cheese.  1/2 package of peas.  Pour into 13x9" dish.  Crumble Saltine crackers on top.  Bake at 350° until bubbly.
