Ingredients

    2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes                            
    1/2 cup butter melted                                          
    1 teaspoon salt                                                
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper                                      
    2 tablespoons onions chopped                                   
    2 10 3/4-ounce cans cream of chicken soup                      
    2 cups sour cream                                              
    2/3 cup half and half                                          
    2 tablespoons lemon juice                                      
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese                                 
    2/12 cup crush corn flakes                                     
    1/4 cup butter melted          

Directions

Thaw potatoes. Mix first 9 ingredients, put into a buttered 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top of potatoes. Crush cornflakes and mix 1/4 cup melted butter. Put on top of potatoes. Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
