Ingredients

    2 pounds frozen haddock filets                                 
    2 cups garlic and herb bread crumbs                            
    4 ounces butter                                                
    4 ounces crab meat                                             
    4 artichoke hearts chopped                                     
    1 large tomatoes                                               
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese                                  

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Grease baking dish.  Arrange fish filets.  In a bowl combine bread crumbs with melted butter, crab meat and artichokes.  Slice tomatoes thinly arrange over fish. Spread cheese over tomatoes. Top with buttered crumb mixture. Bake for 20-25 mins. or until fish is white and flaky. For variation peppers or broccoli.
