Broiled Salmon w/ Herbed Mustard Glaze

2 6-8 ounce salmon fillets
1 garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon white wine
1 1/2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons dijon style mustard
1 teaspoon maple syrup
Directions
In a mini food processor, combine garlic, rosemary, thyme, wine, oil and Dijon mustard. Grind the mustard sauce until combined, about 30 seconds. Transfer to a small bowl.
Preheat the broiler. Line a heavy rimmed baking sheet with foil. Spray the foil with nonstick spray. Arrange the salmon fillets on the baking sheet or broiling pan and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Broil for 2-4 minutes. Turn over and sprinkle 2nd side with salt and pepper. Broil 2 minutes longer. Spread mustard glaze over fillets and broil until slightly browned or until salmon is done.
