Ingredients

6 eggs
3 cups sugar

3 tbls vanilla extract

1-2 tsp. almond extract (optional)

3/4 teaspoon salt
2-4 quarts cream
8 junket tablets

Directions

Heat a little bit of milk till lukewarm and then add junket tablets. Separate eggs and beat the whites.
