Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients

    1 package graham crackers                                      
    4 tablespoons butter melted                                    
    3 tablespoons sugar                                            
    1 8-ounce package cream cheese                                 
    1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk                        
    1/3 cup lemon juice                                            
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract                                     

Directions

Chop graham crackers into very fine pieces, mix with butter and sugar. Spread evenly across bottom and sides of 9" pie pan.
Beat cream cheese until smooth, add milk, beat until well blended and fluffly. Slowly add lemon juice beating until well mixed.  Stir in vanilla. Pour in pie crust. Refrigerate 1 hr. before serving.
