Ingredients
- 12 tbls. butter (melted)
- 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1/2 cup caramel
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/3 cups shredded coconut
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
- Place butter in 13 x 9 inch pan and melt in oven. Swirl to coat bottom and sides with butter.
- Spread crumbs and oatmeal evenly over bottom of pan and mix with butter. Flatten evenly over bottom of dish.
- Pour condensed milk over crust
- Layer chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, nuts and coconut over crumbs.
- Pour caramel over coconut.
- Sprinkle with few grains of kosher salt.
- Bake until edges are golden brown, about 25 minutes. Let cool.
