Ingredients

  • 12 tbls. butter (melted)
  • 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/2 cup caramel
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/3 cups shredded coconut

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  2. Place butter in 13 x 9 inch pan and melt in oven. Swirl to coat bottom and sides with butter.
  3. Spread crumbs and oatmeal evenly over bottom of pan and mix with butter.  Flatten evenly over bottom of dish.
  4. Pour condensed milk over crust
  5. Layer chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, nuts and coconut over crumbs.
  6. Pour caramel over coconut.
  7. Sprinkle with few grains of kosher salt.
  8. Bake until edges are golden brown, about 25 minutes. Let cool.
