Almond Flour Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of blanched almond flour/meal
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 Tbsp. of evaporated cane juice,
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt,
  • 1 stick of cold butter cut into cubes

Directions

Cut in the butter, and mix all ingredients together and press into 9 x 13 glass dish. Bake at 350 for approx. 18-20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
