Ingredients
1/2 16-ounce package lasagna noodles (12 noodles)
1 pound ground turkey
1 medium onions diced
1 large garlic cloves crushed
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 teaspoon salt
1 14-ounce jar marinara sauce
1 15-ounce container ricotta cheese
4 ounces feta cheese crumbled
1 10-ounce package frozen chopped broccoli thawed & drained
8 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded
Directions
Preheat oven to 350�; prepare noodles as package directs; drain. Meanwhile, in 12" skillet over med.-high heat, cook turkey and onion about 5 min, until turkey is lightly browned, stirring occasionally to break up meat. Add garlic, fennel, salt & pepper; Cook 1 min. longer. Grease 12" by 8" baking dish. Spread 1/3 of sauce in dish and place 4 cooked noodles on top. Sprinkle on 1/2 of the ricotta, feta, broccoli, & turkey mixture and 1/3 of mozzarella. Repeat layering, ending w/ sauce & mozzarella. Cover dish w/ foil & bake 30 minutes longer. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
