Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups milk
2 large eggs
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Last 10 minutes of baking sprinkle brown sugar over the top and 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
