Potato Salad II

Ingredients

3 lbs potatoes, cut into small pieces and cooked until tender

3/4 cup mayo

4 tbls. pickle juice

2-4 tbls regular mustard

1 tbls dijon mustard

1-2 tbls sugar

4-6 eggs, cut into small pieces or chopped

3-5 green onions

2 stalks finely chopped celery

1/4-1/2 cup of bread and butter pickles, chopped super fine (I used Woodstock Organic)

1/2 lb. bacon or more (after I cooked it, I chopped it up super fine)

1 small onion w/ bacon grease (chopped super fine and cooked in bacon grease) 

1-3 tsp. salt (I probably used at least a tbls)

lots of freshly ground black pepper

1/2 tsp. paprika
