Ingredients
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts - poached and shredded
- 16 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/2 packet ranch dip mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 cup hot sauce - (I used Frank's RedHot), plus more as needed
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2-1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cups mozzarella cheese blend - shredded
- 1 cups pepper jack cheese - shredded
- 1 cups cheddar cheese - shredded
Directions
Mix cream cheese, ranch dip and sour cream together until well blended. Stir in hot sauce, black pepper, garlic powder and salt. Then stir in cheese and chicken. Transfer to a 13x9 inch glass dish. Sprinkle additional cheese on top if desired. Bake at 350 just until hot. Approx. 30 min.
