Ingredients
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 cup oils
2 cups peeled shredded zucchini
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup drained crushed pineapple
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup raisins optional
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1/2 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 cup butter
1 pound powdered sugar
Directions
Beat eggs until fluffy add next 4 ingredients, mix well. Add dry ingredients, stir in rest. Bake at 325� for 1 hr. Spread frosting over cooled cake.
