Vegetable Appetizer Pizza

Ingredients

3 8-ounce tubes refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese softened
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dill weed
4 tomatoes seeded and chopped
2 cups fresh broccoli chopped
3 green onions thinly sliced
2 cups fresh mushrooms sliced
1/2 green bell pepper chopped
1/2 sweet red pepper chopped
2 cups cheddar cheese shredded

Directions

Unroll crescent roll dough and place on two greased 15 in x 10 in x 1 in baking pans. Flatten dough, sealing seams
and perforations. Bake at 400� for 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool. In a small bowl, blend cream cheese,
mayonnaise and dill. Spread over crusts. Top with vegetables, and cheese. Cut into bite-size squares. Refrigerate
until ready to serve.
