Robyn's Potatoes

Ingredients

5 pounds potatoes
1 pound sour cream
1 tablespoon garlic salt
Black pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Bake and remove skins from potatoes. Cut up and place in mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and using mixer mix leaving big lumps and stiff.
Put into greased baking dish and sprinkle with shredded cheese and garlic salt.
