Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup baking cocoa
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
1-3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup coconut
1/2 cup walnuts finely chopped
1/3 cup butter
2 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons butter
Directions
Heat butter, cocoa, sugar over low heat, until sugar is dissolved stirring often. Remove from heat. Stir small amount of hot mixture into egg; return all to pan. Cook and stir until mixture coats metal spoon. Remove from heat. Stir in crumbs, coconut and walnuts. Press into buttered 9" square pan.
