Ingredients
3-4 pounds carrots cooked
3 cups sugar
1 stick butter
6 large eggs
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Blend ingredients and puree. Pour in slightly greased baking dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until set.
